About the author
Joanna Benfield is a sex therapist and couples counsellor. She has worked with hundreds of couples and individuals, who have sought her help to improve their relationships and sex lives. She has a Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Counselling and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. She is a General Member of the College of Sexual and Relationships Therapists (COSRT) and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Joanna is often consulted by the media for advice on sex and relationships and has been featured in many magazines and newspapers.
